We left no stone unturned that user will have to refund the purchased product but if any situation leads to these circumstances then we would gladly process the required steps in order to provide user flexibility.

Read the following guideline carefully before initiating cancellation or refunding the product. 

  • Until your product is not out for delivery you can cancel the order and no money will be charged.
  • You are only eligible to refund the product within 10 days of successful delivery of the product. Please ensure that product should remain in the same state as you received such as packaging, box seal, material, and tag.
  • The process of the refund will initiate after the verification of product authenticity in terms of quality and quantity.
  • If your product is found damaged in any condition such as Box compression, scratch, came in water/fire contact then you are not allowed to refund or claim.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The reason for rejection should be valid enough to process the refund.*

Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.Fitlife.in is an online nutrition shop and does not offer consultation about medicines. Please check with your doctor before purchasing any products that may cause any issues or allergies. Products should be in sealed and original condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference from one brand to other etc.
Products eligible for return:
Product is unused.
All tags, original packaging and certificate of authenticity card need to be intact.
Product should not be broken or tampered with by customer.
Products with damages not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit. Products/Items should be UNUSED. Products must be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

Cancellations:

You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. This does not include items purchased on sale. The refund amount will be credited back into your account in the form of Coupons.
We allow for complete Order cancellations until none of the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse(s).
If an Item(s) has not been purchased under any promotion, we allow you to cancel the Item(s) from your Order until the Item(s) has not been processed in our warehouse(s).
If an Order comprises of multiple Items bought under the same promotion, you can only Cancel your complete Order until none of the Items have been processed in our warehouse(s).
Once your Cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be credited back into your account in the form of coupon. This is applicable only for Non COD orders.

Return Policy: 

If due to any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can simply return the product in a resalable condition without any scratch marks, missing parts, tears, or erasures. We would like to mention here that we are solely selling the product; the warranty of the product will be applicable as per the Manufacturer’s rules and regulations. We are only playing a part of a facilitator. We are not accountable for the servicing of the machines. Make sure that you have read the terms and conditions before making a purchase.
